Der V-Manager soll Versicherungsmaklern den Berufsalltag erleichtern. Das Programm erfasst Versicherungsverträge und -kunden und berechnet automatisch die monatlichen Provisionen. Ein weiterer erwähnenswerter Vorteil ist der einfache Zugriff auf Versicherungsdaten, den nun jedes Mitglied eines Betriebes bequem vom Arbeitsplatz aus hat. Grundsätzlich besteht das Projekt aus zwei Teilen: Einem Server, auf dem die Datenbank zur Speicherung der Aufträge liegt, und dem Programm selbst, dessen unkomplizierte und benutzerfreundliche Oberfläche die wichtigsten Vertragsdaten der Versicherungsagenturen übersichtlich zusammenfasst. Was bisher auf hunderten von Zetteln mühsam und teils unübersichtlich aufbewahrt und verwaltet wurde, kann nun mit dem V-Manager einfach und modern auf einer betriebsinternen Datenbank abgelegt und jederzeit wieder aufgerufen werden.

Abstract

If you work in the class of insurance you are confronted with lots of files everyday. Accordingly it could be that a lot of time is wasted just for searching for the right document. Now it's time to change this! The V-Manager was developed to ease the daily routine of an insurance broker. Until now commission calculations occured manualy and often the overview about the desk was lost, because there were so many documents. But exactly at this point you are able now to use the application, that adds the monthly amount of the commissions together and displays the profit to the broker. Further an essential benefit is the easy access to the insurance data, which every employee of a company have now. Basicly the project consists of two main parts: A server that stores the assignments on a data base and the applicaton, which simple and user-friendly surface will be enjoyed by the user. Informations, that were stored on many slips of paper, now you can easily manage with the V-Manager.
