Kurzfassung

In der heutigen Medizin ist die Situation folgend dargestellt, dass jedes medizinische Gerät strengen Vorschriften unterliegt. Weiters ist in der Medizin auch ein sehr hohes Maß an Genauigkeit gefragt, deshalb wird ein vollautomatisiertes Prüfprogramm entwickelt, welches die eingestellten Parameter (wie Drehzahl, Leistung) genau misst. Mit dieser Prüfung kann festgestellt werden, ob das Ergometer im Patientenbereich bzw. im Sportbereich zulässig ist.

Die Medizintechnikfirma "Wolbank" (Projekt- und Wirschaftspartner) ist ein Betrieb, die unter anderem klinisch genutzte Ergometer testet bzw. überprüft. Momentan erfüllt die Firma "Wolbank" diese Auflagen für klinische Ergometer mit Hilfe einer externen Überprüfung bei der Firma TÜV. Dieses Projekt dient daher, eine interne bzw. hausinterne Überprüfung zu ermöglichen. Mit Hilfe des hauseigenen Prüfplatzes kann die Firma wesentlich mehr Ergometer in der gleichen Zeiteinheit überprüfen und zusätzlich werden die nicht unerheblichen Kosten für eine externe Überprüfung eingespart. Die Amortisierungszeit dieses Projektes kann daher relativ gering angesetzt werden.

Besonderheiten

Durch den Einsatz von mechanischen Adaptern ist die Überprüfung von Ergometern unterschiedlicher Hersteller möglich. Mit der Verwendung von industriellen Standardkomponenten ist eine kostengünstige Realisierung machbar.

Abstract

Nowadays the medicine situation is shown below, that every medical device is defeated by strict regulations. Further in the medicine is also asked a very high degree of exactness, therefore a fully automated test programme which exactly measures the set parametres (number of revolutions, power) is developed. With this check it can be found out whether the ergometer is allowed in the patient's area or in the sports area.

The medicine technology company of "Wolbank" (project- and business partner) is a company, who tests or checks clinical used ergometers. At the moment the company of "Wolbank" fulfils these editions for clinical ergometers with the help of an external examination by TÜV. Hence, this project serves to allow an internal or house-internal examination. With the help with the house-internal test place, the company is able to substantially check more ergometers in the same time unity and in addition the not unimportant costs are saved for one external check. For this reason, the amortization time of this project can kept relativly small.

Special features

By the application of mechanical adaptors it is possible the examination of ergometers of different manufacturers. With the use of industrial standard components it is able of a low cost realisation.
