Jeder Benutzer verwaltet seinen Rechner selbst, eine Übersicht über die Infrastruktur ist dadurch nicht möglich. Bei Problemen sind die Ausfallzeiten sehr lange, da es keine Informationen über die Clients gibt. Nun sollen diese Probleme behoben werden und eine Infrastruktur mit einer zentralen Verwaltung implementiert werden. Diese zentrale Verwaltung beinhaltet das Steuern wichtiger Computereinstellungen, sowie das Implementieren und das Überwachen einer professionellen Sicherheitssoftware. Das Gesamtsystem soll eine zentrale und effektive Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur ermöglichen.
