Qualityprogramm Babtec

To control the outgoing inspection which was introduced in Treviso/ Italy, we have introduced the quality software Babtec. With the programm we can controll the working steps of the employees. To get access to the programm the Terminal Server in Althofen is used.

Appliance for the ultrasonic welding machine

Out of the statistical evaluation we could evaluate, that the appliance of the ultrasonic welding machine was old and insufficent. We decided to construct a new one out of the data`s of a 3D measurement machine. First we draw it in AutoCAD and then it was milled in Althofen. The appliance is already in Treviso and was able to raise the quality of our product
