After proving that our measurement principle works, we had to find the optimal size for our sensor structures. For this reason we made several PCB sensor strucures (see Hardware). To garantee correct and fast measurement a microcontroller controlled 32 channel analog multiplexer(ADG 732) was used. To controll this multiplexer a matlab script was written which can receive and transmit data via rs232 port. The user simply has to enter start channel, stop channel and the port the muliplexer is connected to.

In the next step the script got extended.
A real time temperature recorder and a function that automatically saves the mesurement data (location for saving can be defined by the user) was added.
