Abstract
The goal of the project is to develop a system to control robots via a central node. So it is possible to access all robots at the same time. The robots are being accessed by the node (server) via a defined interface. The access can happen via remote controller, tablet, smartphone, website or a autonomous program. The transfer of the measured data and control commands is only taking place via the server. Therefore it is possible to control the robots from every point of the internet. The robots use different sensors like distance sensors and cameras to sense their environment. For this purpose three robots are used, which are connected to the server and synchronize all measurement values and commands with it.
