SiMic-Demonstrator

Digitale Mikrofone finden zunehmend Einsatz in der Unterhaltungs- und Kommunikationstechnik. In Zusammenarbeit mit der Firma Infineon Austria soll ein Demonstrator für ein neu entwickeltes Mikrofon mit digitalem Ausgang entwickelt werden. Es sollen zwei Schaltungsvarianten erstellt werden: eine batteriebetriebene standalone Variante und eine über die USB-Schnittstelle versorgte und konfigurierbare USB-Variante. Beide Demonstratoren sollen den linken und rechten Audiokanal extrahieren und wahlweise an den Ausgang ausgeben können. Die Taktfrequenz des Mikrofons soll frei konfigurierbar sein. Bei der USB-Variante soll zusätzlich die Versorgungsspannung veränderbar sein. Außerdem soll der Stromverbrauch des Mikrofons ermittelt werden.

SiMic-Demonstrator (in English)

Digital microphones are increasingly used in the entertainment and communications technology. In cooperation with the firm Infineon Austria, a demonstrator will be developed for a newly developed microphone with digital output.
