Lichtmaschinen gelten heutzutage bereits als Verschleißmaterial und werden bei Defekt einfach durch Neuteile ersetzt. Lichtmaschinen von Oldtimern, Booten oder mit seltenen Bauformen müssen jedoch repariert werden. In Kärnten gibt es nur noch zwei Prüfstände, welche zum Teil sehr veraltet und alles andere als innovativ sind. Diese Tatsache hat uns dazu angeregt, einen kleineren, modernisierten und mobilen Prüfstand für Lichtmaschinen zu entwickeln, welcher die Messergebnisse in digitaler Form als Diagramm ausgibt.


Nowadays, alternators are seen as wear material and get replaced if they do not work well. There are no testing devices available on the market and the existing ones (only 2 in Carinthia) are not timely. Because of that lack of testing stations, it is very hard for people with special alternators (from boats, old-timer ...) to find a garage where they can control them. To fill this lack, we want to design a new, sophisticated and mobile testing device for alternators.
